With a vision that took him from a paper route selling The Miami Herald at age 13, to obtaining a major account transacting $3 billion dollars, Joachim de Posada has worked and trained people in many industries for almost 30 years. Recipient of the coveted Latino Speakers Bureau Award for Speaker Excellence and the Certified Speaking Professional (CSP) designation by the National Speakers Association (NSA) in recognition for his impact on the world and his motivational work in the psychology of leadership, success, and self-motivation.
In the world of sports, Joachim de Posada was the first Latino to work with a National Basketball Association (NBA) team motivating players to perform better and has been a consultant in Sports Psychology for the NBA's Milwaukee Bucks, Puerto Rican Professional teams, and the Los Angeles Lakers. He has also worked with athletes in three Olympic Games: Atlanta, Sydney, and Athens.
